We all struggle, lose our way or feel stuck and need help. Clients come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, hurt or anxious and unsure of what to do next. They feel like they are failing somehow, and don’t have the right to set boundaries or feel their emotions.

Taking the first steps to find a new counsellor took courage and can be daunting. Arriving here tells me that you are ready for change and need support to figure out what is working in your life and what is not. Together we can uncover your strengths and goals, help you let go of unhelpful beliefs as you slowly build the kind of life and relationships you want.
