Rates

Individual, adult in-person and video counselling sessions: $150 + GST per 50 minute session.

Accepted Payment Methods

eTransfer or credit card (a $5.00 transaction fee + GST is applicable to all credit card transactions).

Cancellation Policy

Counselling sessions must be paid for at the time that the service is received; 24 business hours notice required to cancel or reschedule; Clients are charged $150 + GST if they forget a session or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. All cancellations or rescheduling must be done through the client portal only.

Insurance

Many benefits providers cover counselling sessions after clients submit receipts, so please confirm coverage requirements with your provider before attending counselling. I do not direct bill insurance companies or other third party organizations.
